Great experience overall. To be honest, I was skeptical about obtaining a pet from this company based on the strip mall location and vague information about where the pets come from but it turned out great. I have a beautiful healthy Ragdoll cat and the whole process went smoothly. They answered my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable and interested in the health and well-being of the animals.
I’m thrilled with my Ragdoll kitten from Premier Ragdolls Farm! The staff, especially a particular Man whose name I forget at the wood dale location, was fantastic in every aspect – from responsiveness to handling emergencies. The kitten was already litterbox trained, which was a huge plus. My only minor issue was not knowing initially that the kitten was fed raw chicken by the breeder; this information would have helped me transition her diet more smoothly. Nevertheless, I’m hoping shifting her to wet food works out. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their support and accommodation are top-notch. Would adopt from them in the future again without hesitation – a definite 10/10!
Update: She’s eating wet food normally now! Gets ecstatic too haha. Great and is now used to us and the home!
My kitten arrived in perfectly healthy and beautiful condition. My entire family is over the moon with this kitty who we named Babette. After almost getting scammed by a fake cattery it was really great to find and work with the staff at kitten farm who were super professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Definitely got what I paid for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I highly recommend this place! The entire process went by very smoothly. I was a little skeptical at first because I did get scammed before from a different place, but that did not happen here! They are legit & very professional. They are knowledgeable about their cats and you can definitely tell that they take good care of them. I have finally found my dream cat and I couldn’t be happier. I had a great experience. I’m not going to lie i wasn’t sure if it was a scam or not but decided to use them to buy our kitten . They were great !! Gave us all the information i asked and needed. Sent me videos and pictures of our kitten that we wanted . Our kitten is the best kitten we have ever had . She was already litter trained and she knew how to use the scratchers which is a plus . She’s adjusted very well here at our home and we are so in love with her . If you are looking to get a purebred kitten i would highly recommend you go through them . Ask for Anastasia. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Hello Premier Ragdolls Farm, Hope everything is well. My family and I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the newest addition to our family, Eco. He is an amazing companion (8 months old now), very playful and energetic, friendly, and sociable. My daughter now calls him her little brother. No surprise there as he is excellent with kids. As well, thank you for all the support and for answering all our questions and emails in such a timely manner. It’s not always easy to know what to do as first-time kitten owners but it helps a lot to know that we have you as a great resource. When we decided to bring another furry addition to our family we knew we wanted another cream-white cat, as we currently have an 11-year-old Yellow Lab. We did much research and found Premier Ragdolls Farm to be the best with all the testimonials, and reviews. When we first contacted them, the way he presented himself and his cats was very heartwarming. This gave us so much joy and great respect for them so much. If we asked him questions through email he was prompt and thorough in every answer, and patient too. We have been happy for 8 months now we recommend Premier Ragdolls Farm.
I would like to thank you for our beautiful little girl. We had just lost our Ragdoll and weren’t sure about Premier Ragdolls Farm. I am glad we made the right decision. Sandy is a very nice kitten and is very smart. My wife has a brain injury and is in a wheelchair. She knows there is something wrong with him and follows her all over the house. When she hears the wheelchair turn on she goes running to her. When he coughs she will run and get me and then runs back to her. She is such a joy to have around and these guys keep in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly. Premier Ragdolls Farm comes highly recommended by other breeders and he is very good at what he does and it shows in his kittens. I would recommend Premier Ragdolls Farm to anyone looking for a new addition to their family.
From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. I was kept informed of what was happening and what to expect. Everyone was so helpful and it was obvious that they all cared about the kitten’s safety and well-being as well as me and my family. though there was a delay but finally our babies came home thank you so much

Our Ragdoll Kittens have been with us for 2 years. My daughter has known them since she was a child. Recently, we acquired a sphynx kitten. My daughter has a sphynx allergy. Because she has only been around Ragdoll, she had no idea she was allergic to cats! But we are happy we bought a Ragdoll kitten from Premier Ragdolls Farm.

Finding a Ragdoll kitten for my son in the NH area proved very difficult, so I started an online search for a reputable company, landing at Premier Ragdolls Farm. I picked out a kitten & easily put in his reservation. I received quick communication via phone and email and was able to schedule his arrival on a weekend. He was flown into an airport about an hour from home and delivered directly to my home in a pet carrier that had some of his current kitten food brand & his vet/health information.
